What does being healthy mean to you? #NaturalBeautybyLuanaMarchi


I often read or see someone post on social media about some crazy fitness plan or restrictive diet- promising that as the “right” way and the only way to “lose weight”, “get results”, “get healthy”. The truth is, there is no one size that fits all. Every person should have their own eating guidelines based on personal goals, health individualities, lifestyle, circumstances and stage in life.

Below, I’m sharing a list of my favorite and practical steps everyone can take every single day for better health;

-Eat balanced


- By  getting a good balance of macronutrients throughout your day, your week, and even at each meal (including snacks) is crucial to keep you feeling awesome enough to face up the day and stay hormonally stable;
.-Focus on the foods to eat, rather than what not to eat; 

-Talk about food in a positive way: delicious and nutritious, tasty, gives our bodies energy, colorful, nutritious, foods to go, grow and glow;
-Focus on food giving us health, energy, nourishment, and wellness;
-Eat more real food and less processed food. Eat as much variety of foods as possible;

-Sleep and slow down from time to time;
-Organize and Do it;
- Start your day with a to-do list and prioritize those tasks you must get done, before anything else it will help you to stop procrastinating;
-Sweat more/Move;

-Enjoy the fresh air and sunshine, get out in nature;

-Give Back and be kind.
