The cooler days make me crave something warm and tasty.

Eating with the seasons including the temperature of your meals matters for optimal digestion.
During winter months our bodies require more fuel and warming cooked food. 
Time to reduce the raw food consumption. In winter, our body craves for rich food which provides warmth along with nourishment. 
We need warming foods to satisfy this craving.
What do you normally crave for during the winter?

My faves "hot" food to eat are: curry spices, cinnamon, oats, good fats (coconut, nuts, avocado, meat), turmeric, ginger, dark chocolate, root vegetables (sweet potato, yam, cassava), squash, pumpkin, Millet, legumes, sesame seeds/ tahini, dried fruits (with moderation), bananas, papaya, pineapple, bone broth, garlic and onion (skip the last two if you do not digest it well)
