Today is the World Environment Day 🌍. In my opinion being environmentally friend is also part of a Healthy Lifestyle. You might have no idea about it, but an eco-friendly lifestyle impacts more than just the planet it affects your health too.
Simples swaps you can make:
-Reusable cups for your take away coffees and drink bottles like my @helocrushcup
-Say no to straws. When you order a smoothie or drink tell the waitress you don't want one as most of the time they just put it straight in. -Go Bamboo toothbrushes, they are BPA-free, biodegradable and recyclable.
- Bring Reusable Shopping Bags with you to do your groceries shopping.
- Green Household Cleaners. Switching to greener brands not only will reduce air pollution and protect fish and other marine life but it will also contribute to your health reducing the risk of exposure to harmful chemicals that can cause hormonal imbalances, allergy and skin problems.
-Meat-free Monday (or any day you prefer), by cutting your meat intake down can make a huge difference.
- Go plastic free lunch box - swap your plastic containers for bento boxes our glass containers and cling wraps for Bees wraps per example.
- Cut Back On Restaurant Waste. Ask to take home your leftovers.
-Stop buying plastic wrapped Fruits and vegetables.
