I know what it's like to not feel myself, and I know what it's like to feel the best I've ever felt. I am a Nutritional Therapist and Health & Wellness Coach with 5 years of experience, and I have been on both sides of the fence.
I was raised in a small town and spent my holidays at my grandparents' farm. It was there that I cultivated my passion for natural, organic, and whole foods. Later on in life, my health complications prompted me to make positive life changes from practicing as a lawyer to become a Nutritional Therapist. I committed myself to understand what nutrition is about and how it can improve general health and well-being.
